The purpose of this document is to define the terms of use of this online sales portal as well as the mutual obligations of you as a customer and GIGS TIX doo as a ticket seller. GIGS TIX doo reserves the right to change this document without the obligation to inform its users about it, so it is recommended that you read this document before using the portal.

BY ORDERING AT THE INTERNET PORTAL GIGSTIX.COM AND PAYING FOR THE TICKETS, YOU IRREVOCABLY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE:

GIGS TIX LTD sells ticket in the name and on behalf of the Event organizer and is not liable for event organization, changes in program, date of event, timetable and other changes nor for any eventual refunds. By using this web shop for ordering, purchasing and paying ticket, buyer waves the ability to seek refunds for any eventual damages from GIGS TIX LTD, directly, at court or any other way. Changes to the program, dates, location or timetable may occur as decided by the Event organizer who is also responsible for them. Any of the mentioned changes cannot be a reason to seek a refund unless the Event organizer deems it and publicly proclaims it. In case of cancellation of event, GIGS TIX will refund value of bought tickets - special expenses (travel, accommodation, wire transfer charges, booking fee expenses, etc.) will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:

Once paid, cancellation of purchase is not possible. Bought tickets cannot be returned or changed.

TICKET DELIVERY:

Tickets are delivered in form of a electronic ticket via e-mail sent to registered e-mail address, in form of a PDF file. Delivery process has it's costs which are to be paid by buyer and which are clearly shown at order form as "booking fee expenses". Instructions on how to use ticket are available both in e-mail and ticket itself and customer is obliged to follow them. In some cases, instead of ticket customer will receive voucher that should be exchanged for ticket, as described in e-mail and / or voucher, in accordance with procedure established by event organiser, who is also responsible for it.

REFUND:

Refund is possible only in case of event cancellation, after public proclamation of Event organizer who is responsible to tranfer all funds needed for refund to GIGS TIX LTD before refund procedure begins! In case it is required to return the funds of the collected funds to the customer in full or partially, GIGS TIX LTD shall return the funds exclusively through Visa, MasterCard and Maestro method of payment, which means that the requested amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.

CARD PAYMENTS:

GIGS TIX LTD uses CHIP CARD AD (member of Payten) services for card payment processing.

We accept following cards: Visa®, MasterCard® and Maestro®.

All prices shown are in dinars (RSD) currency. When charging your credit card, the amount in RSD is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and CHIP CARD AD and vice versa. CHIP CARD AD Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Credit card numbers are not stored by GIGS TIX LTD and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

ELECTRONIC FISCAL RECEIPT: By accepting this terms of sale and by making payment buyer requests delivery of electronic fiscal receipt in email.

Protection, collection and usage of users’ personal data statement.

In order to use this ticket sale portal you have to register as a user.

On behalf of GIGS TIX LTD we undertake to safeguard the privacy of all our customers. We collect only required, basic data on customers / users and the data needed for operations and informing customers in accordance with good business practice and to provide good quality service. All the data on the users / customers are kept strictly confidential and are available only for GIGS TIX LTD employees that find these data necessary for operations.

Some personal data might be shared with business partners (event organizers) but only if that is necessary for security or / and organization purposes. All GIGS TIX LTD employees and business partners (event organizers) are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection. Personal data will not be subject of sale to any third party.

GIGS TIX LTD and business partners might use contact information like e-mail or phone number to contact you regarding purchase verification and to send general or event specific information.

The user / customer may request personal data to be deleted after the event he bought the ticket for is finished and data are no longer needed.
